Wellness

Five years ago I lost one hundred (100) pounds in a year. I did this by changing the way that I eat, move, and approach life. I took an appetite suppressant for three years that was prescribed by my doctor. Looking back at all of my progress, I believe that my habits drove the weight loss far more than the medication did. Almost two years ago I went completely off of the medicine, and I’ve lost even more weight. I'm sharing these details to let you know that there is hope.
If you are looking for help with making a plan or taking medicine and working with your doctor to phase it out, I'm happy to help develop a strategy for staying fit and healthy.
Life & Career
I learned how to stand on my own two feet as a woman and create a life that I'm happy with. If you need help navigating how to get started with living your best life, book a session!
I believe that we can all thrive, and that people that come from humble means (like me) through education and ambition, can live a great life that is beyond what we've imagined for ourselves.
I had a corporate job for many years and built my career from the ground up. I have coached and developed people along the way throughout my professional career, and I have changed my own life through education and experiences. I am happy to help you develop a plan for progression and change.
I help people from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, or "social class".
